Who is this for?

Our retreats are for singles and couples who want more than laying on a beach for vacation.
When a regular beach vacation ends, all you have to show for it is a beer belly. You wish that you had eaten differently, volunteered more, and experienced more of a culture rather than the inside of a hotel. Our retreats are for people who want to break an addiction to technology, food, or substance and are ready to start a healthy lifestyle through a controlled, private coaching environment.
